The Transfer Process
Here’s a step-by-step guide on our transfer process:
- Your family contacts us at KindTouch Healthcare Services, LLC.
- We meet with your family and gather the needed paperwork/sign consent forms.
- We communicate with your current agency to process your transfer.
- We submit the required paperwork to CCSP/Source.
- Your current agency submits the required paperwork to CCSP/Source.
- All transfers happen on the 1st of the month. The process can take up to 30 days from when you met with us.
- Private Insurance transfers can happen anytime. Therefore, the process can take up to as little as a week.
